4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

9. Intellectual Property

No content from the islot88 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from islot88. Game content provided by third-party providers is governed by those providers' respective intellectual property terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, islot88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the islot88 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

islot88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, or loss of data, even where islot88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

islot88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. islot88 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

11. Responsible Gaming

islot88 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. All islot88 Members have access to the following tools via their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session on islot88.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
